Installers do the work. Then they wait.

You install the system, get the paperwork right, and then your money sits in a queue. Ten business days is normal. A phone call to find out why goes to a ticket system.

That is the part of the industry we set out to change. Energy Merchants is a merchant desk built around the installer: fast settlement, straight pricing and a person who picks up.

We publish the rate we pay. We charge no fees. We check your claims before they are lodged, because a bounced claim costs you more than any rate difference. Then we pay, usually the next day.

Our four-step process is short on purpose, and our rate card is public on purpose.
