- Signed STC assignment form
- CEC-accredited installer details and compliance certificate (CES/CCEW)
- Photos of panels, inverter and serial numbers
- Single line diagram where required
- Retailer or DNSP approval where applicable
Battery
- Signed assignment form
- Compliance certificate
- Battery and inverter serials
- Installation photos including labels and protection
- Evidence the product is on the approved list
Hot water
- Signed assignment form
- Compliance certificate
- Unit model and serial photos
- Photos of the installed system and connection
- Plumber and electrician licence details as required
